Our Cooking Rig
After the Hog Wild
event in 2002, the team
located and purchased
an 18' cooking trailer.
A new stainless steel
Backwoods smoker
was mounted to the rig
to complement the
smoker on the rear. A
sink and cabinets were
also added. Over the
past few years, the site
setup at the
competitions has
become so massive it
forced the need for a
cargo trailer as well to
carry all the supporting
gear.
